Ryuichi Hirakawa (Hirayu Ryuichi)

Born in 1944 in Japan. From 1971, 38 years director and producer of television documentary. Since 1980 he experienced shocking coffee at El Salvador where he covered, Mr. Hirakawa went around the world seeking real coffee. He retired in 2011 and moved to Bali. In 2012 he meet Julia • coffee on Flores Island and start supporting Manggarai coffee farmers. Begin promoting Julia • coffee while roasting coffee in Bali. In 2013 – 2014 he go around coffee producing areas in Indonesia, such as Sulawesi Island Toraja, Sumatra Island, Bali, Lombok Island, Flores Island and so on. At 2014 he visit coffee producing areas in Hawaii and Sri Lanka. After he start the information center Julia • House in Ubud, Bali in 2015 and Flores • Manggarai coffee starts to appear on the market.

Hiroyuki Furukawa

He succeeded his family business and had been producing, manufacturing, processing and selling Yame tea (Gyokuro) for 25 years. Acquired six stages at the national tea judging technology competition. Continue to send out from Yuko Fukuoka “Contest for delicious brewing of Gyokuro” Second runner-up.
